Tignes is a holiday destination in the French Alps, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It is situated at an altitude of 1,550 metres and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. With its highest point reaching an impressive 3,456 metres, Tignes provides an unforgettable skiing experience.

With a total of 300 kilometres of pistes, Tignes offers endless possibilities for ski enthusiasts. In addition, it is connected to the neighbouring ski resort of Val d’Isère. The ski pass, known as the Espace Killy pass, gives access to both ski resorts, Tignes and Val d’Isère.

Residence Borsat IV is located in the upper part of Val Claret.

The location of the residence provides direct access to the ski slopes from the ski storage room. The nearest chair lift is just 50 metres away. The centre of the village, with its many shops, bars and restaurants, is 300 metres away.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, living areas with TVs, sleeping areas with comfortable beds, bathrooms with toilets and balconies with views of the surrounding mountains.

A comfortable and functional studio, suitable for families or small groups. It offers a cosy living area with all the necessary facilities for a relaxed stay and comfortable accommodation for up to four people.

– Kitchen corner: electric hob, small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

– Living area: pull-out bed for two (lit gigogne) and TV.

– Sleeping area: pull-out beds (twin beds).

– Bathroom: bath and separate toilet (or shower with toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility).

– Balcony: private outdoor space to relax.
