I.GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract concluded between ONE LIFE d.o.o., Stanežiče 38, 1210 Ljubljana – Šentvid (hereinafter referred to as ONE LIFE) or an authorised travel agency and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the traveller) who registers for a specific event, excursion, activity organised by ONE LIFE (hereinafter referred to as the event) or a tourist arrangement carried out by ONE LIFE in cooperation with a travel agency (hereinafter referred to as the arrangement).
These General Terms and Conditions apply to events as well as to packages, unless otherwise specified in the organisers’ General Terms and Conditions or in the programme. In the event that the specific terms and conditions or the individual programme stipulate otherwise with regard to any point of these General Terms and Conditions, the reference or provision stated in the programme shall prevail.
The provisions of the General Conditions and Instructions may be consulted by the traveller on the website www.onelife.si or on any other website where ONE LIFE, as a provider of its own or foreign products, makes its services available via the Internet, where they are specifically indicated and generally accessible.
A traveller is any person who has registered for an event or arrangement via the website www.onelife.si or by email info@onelife.si.
The relationship between the traveller and ONE LIFE is considered a contractual relationship once the registration has been submitted.
II.REGISTRATION AND BOOKING
The event or arrangement is open to persons who accept the Terms and Conditions.
The traveller can register for the event or arrangement via the website www.onelife.si or email info@onelife.si.
By registering, ONE LIFE and the traveller conclude a travel contract, which is also the booking confirmation and either contains the details of the event or arrangement or refers to the programme of the event or arrangement, where these details are indicated. At the time of booking, the Traveller shall be obliged to provide all the information required by the Programme and to pay an application fee of 50% of the price plus booking fees and administration costs (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Booking Fees”) by a deadline to be set by ONE LIFE.
Upon check-in, the passenger is obliged to read the ONE LIFE Personal Data Protection and Cookie Policy and these General Terms and Conditions.
For its services, ONE LIFE charges the traveller a standard booking fee of € 10.00 per registration form for day trips and € 20.00 per registration form (voucher) for all other travel arrangements. For complex offers, ONE LIFE charges a booking fee of € 30.00 and € 60.00 for the sailing event.
In the event that the correct information is not provided at the time of booking, the passenger is liable for any costs or consequences arising from the incorrect information.
The passenger’s registration is binding. It may only be withdrawn in accordance with the provisions on cancellation of the event or package. In addition to an express written application or a signed contract, any order, whether oral or in writing, containing the name and surname of the passenger and of the other participants, the credit card number or identification of another payment instrument, payment of the application fee or part thereof, payment of the cost of the application, or any implied act indicating that the passenger has submitted an application or an application containing any of the above information shall be deemed to be a binding application. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded on the date of submission of the application. Withdrawal from the contract shall constitute withdrawal from the event or the package and vice versa.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, the traveller is deemed to have withdrawn from the event or package.
The registration deadline is valid until places are filled, unless otherwise stated in the programme. Early registration is recommended.
III.APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF A THIRD
In cases where an individual makes an application on behalf of someone else, that applicant shall be deemed to have obtained the necessary permission from the person for whom he/she made the application. Consequently, ONE LIFE accepts no responsibility for any unauthorised use of personal data by that person.
IV.PAYMENT
The passenger pays by transferring the amount to a transaction account. The date of payment is the date on which the passenger has given the bank or other payment organisation the order for payment, as evidenced by a receipt.
The registration fee payable by the passenger at the time of check-in is 30% of the price of the event, or, if applicable, the amount of the fee payable by the passenger at the time of check-in. of the arrangement, or. as much as indicated in the event programme or. arrangement. The remaining balance is payable by the passenger at least 14 days before the event or. of the arrangement, or. as stated in the Programme.
In the event that the Traveller fails to pay the full or remaining part of the price of the Event or Package within the time limit set, the Traveller shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Contract and the provisions on cancellation of the Contract set out in these General Terms and Conditions or in the Terms and Conditions applicable to the specific Event or Package shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Timely and correct payment, under the terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions, or under the terms and conditions set out in the Special Terms and Conditions or the Programme applicable to the specific event or arrangement, guarantees the passenger’s participation in or a place on the specific event or arrangement.
In the event of cancellation of the event or arrangement, the cancellation of the event or arrangement shall be subject to the following conditions. …..) by ONELIFE, the Traveller may, if he/she is entitled to do so, request a refund of the amount already paid, which ONELIFE shall make via bank transfer to the Traveller’s TRR or, if he/she so wishes, the amount already paid shall be taken into account for the next excursion. ONE LIFE cannot pay out cash under any circumstances.
Where an authorised travel agency books an event or package for the traveller, all the provisions of this point shall apply mutatis mutandis to the authorised travel agency.
V. CHILDREN
In individual cases, as determined by the specific event programme or. of the package, it may be stipulated that minors up to the age specified in the same programme, travelling accompanied by an adult, shall be entitled to discounts on the individual services of the whole package or. the price of the whole event or the price of the package arrangement. The conditions and amount of each discount are set out in each individual event programme. arrangement. If a specific programme does not provide for special discounts for minors travelling with an adult, this means that for that event or programme. There are no special discounts of this kind. Every child, regardless of age and the amount of any discounts, must be named and have valid documents required for entry to the foreign countries they are travelling to. If a child is not listed for a specific event or. arrangement, that child is deemed not to be entitled to travel on that event or. arrangement.
VI.PRICES
The prices of an event or arrangement are determined by the programme of the event or arrangement and are valid from the date of publication of the programme or arrangement.
ONE LIFE reserves the right to change the price due to changed circumstances (e.g. insufficient number of passengers, changes in currency exchange rates, changes in carriers’ price lists, ……). The traveller has the right to cancel the event/arrangement contract if the price increase exceeds 8% of the basic price of the arrangement. In this case, he/she shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, without the right to compensation for damages and any visa, insurance, vaccination and similar costs.
ONE LIFE will inform the traveller of any change in the price of the event or package.
ONE LIFE may stipulate in the programme that the traveller pays for the services to be provided on the spot. In this case, ONE LIFE does not act as an organiser, nor as an intermediary, but only as an informant. In this case, the traveller shall exclusively claim all claims from the service provider on the spot (e.g. purchase of ski passes, …..).
ONE LIFE may set the price of the package in the programme, explicitly stating that the price may be reduced/increased if a certain number of passengers sign up or other well-defined conditions occur. Such a provision in no way guarantees that the conditions for a reduction/increase in the price of the package will occur. The passenger cannot withdraw from the contract because the conditions for a possible price reduction would not have occurred. The Traveller may withdraw from the Contract if the price increase exceeds 10% of the agreed price, without having to pay any compensation, and ONE LIFE will refund the amount paid by the Traveller.
If ONE LIFE discovers that it is obliged to make a substantial change to any of the essential terms of the contract before departure, it undertakes to inform the passenger as soon as possible in order to enable him/her to take an appropriate decision, in particular to withdraw from the contract without having to pay damages or to conclude an amendment to the contract. The Traveller must inform ONE LIFE of his/her decision without undue delay.
Discounts and benefits, if any, are mutually exclusive and are not cumulative. If several discounts are foreseen, the passenger may choose the discount that suits him/her best.
Any discounts and benefits are always mutually exclusive and are not cumulative. If several discounts and/or benefits are possible, the passenger shall choose the discount or benefit that best suits and for which he/she is eligible.
VII.SPECIAL SERVICES or ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Special or additional services are those services that are not normally included in the basic price of the event or package (single room, special meals, additional excursions, etc.).
In the event that special or additional services are included in the offer for a particular package, the passenger will indicate their preference for these services at check-in and they will be added to the basic price of the package. The published prices for additional or special services are only valid if these services are ordered and paid for at the time of booking and payment for the basic package.
VIII.CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF THE EVENT OR ARRANGEMENT
The passenger has the right to cancel the trip in writing at the point of check-in where he/she checked in. In the event of cancellation by the Traveller, ONE LIFE. shall be entitled to reimbursement of the costs incurred as a result of the cancellation of the Travel Contract. The amount of the reimbursement depends on the time during which the cancellation was submitted by the traveller. If the traveller cancels the travel contract, he/she is also obliged to reimburse ONE LIFE for the administrative costs of € 18.00 per application form. The amount of the cancellation refund depends on the time before the start date of the service during which the traveller has cancelled the travel contract. If the passenger (subscriber) wishes to cancel the trip, he/she must do so in writing. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for the calculation of the cancellation costs (the so-called “cancellation fee” under the Cancellation Act). The actual costs incurred by the tour operator apply, unless otherwise stated, the following scale applies – for cancellation:
– up to 30 days before departure, the organiser retains 60%,
– from 29 to 22 days before departure, the organiser retains 75%,
– from 21 to 15 days before departure, the organiser retains 85%,
– from 14 to 0 days before departure, the organiser will retain 100% of the package price,
If, during the event or package, the traveller changes the programme at his/her own request or does not follow the programme included in the contract, the traveller shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the contract during the event or package. In this case, the passenger shall be liable for the costs and damages caused thereby.
The amount of cancellation charges when ONE LIFE is not the organiser is determined by the general conditions or other act of the organiser.
For changes made up to 30 days before departure, ONE LIFE will charge EUR 10 per person. If the programme or package specifies different conditions for reimbursement, the terms of the programme or package will apply. If the traveller cancels his/her further participation in writing at his/her own request during the event or package, he/she will not be entitled to reimbursement on return.
In the event that the passenger does not observe the arrival and departure times, ONE LIFE reserves the right to depart without the passenger. In this case, the passenger shall not be entitled to any refund of the costs or price (purchase price), either in part or in full.
In the event of a change of programme at the passenger’s own request or due to force majeure, without any reason on the part of ONE LIFE for the incorrect service, the passenger shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or reduction in price.
Neither party shall be liable for any breach of the Travel Contract if the inability to perform its obligations under the Contract or any of its provisions is due to unforeseen, unexpected and unavoidable events commonly known as force majeure, or to actions of the State or other competent administrative authorities, or to acts of third parties beyond the control of the parties and which the parties could not have foreseen, prevented or waived. ONE LIFE shall not be liable to the Traveller for damages suffered by the Traveller under the Travel Contract as a result of Force Majeure.
IX.CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF PROGRAMME
ONE LIFE reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to cancel an event or arrangement or to change the programme of an event or arrangement. ONE LIFE reserves the right to cancel an event or arrangement as set out below prior to the scheduled departure date if the required number of travellers indicated in the programme do not register.
20 days before the start of the event for journeys of more than six days;
7 days before the start of the event for trips lasting between two and six days;
48 hours before the start of the package for trips of less than two days.
ONE LIFE reserves the right to withdraw from the contract, in whole or in part, if, prior to or during the implementation of the programme, exceptional circumstances arise which could not have been foreseen, avoided or eliminated, and which, for ONE LIFE, would have constituted a valid reason for not concluding the contract if they had existed at the time of conclusion of the contract. ONE LIFE may terminate or withdraw from the contract and claim damages from a traveller who is in direct breach of the provisions of the contract concluded with ONE LIFE, in particular if it is established that the traveller has deliberately misrepresented the number of passengers or their age, or that changes have occurred during the event or the package and the traveller has failed to inform ONE LIFE thereof.
ONE LIFE reserves the right to change the date and time of departure or. cancellation of the event or. the right to change the programme if the conditions of the event or the destination change, or the arrangement (new timetable, uncertain situation in the country where the programme is organised, natural disasters or other unforeseen causes beyond ONE LIFE’s control), without special compensation and in accordance with the applicable passenger transport regulations. ONE LIFE cannot be held responsible for changes to the programme due to any force majeure during the course of the programme. In these cases, it may provide services to passengers in a modified form, according to the existing possibilities. In case ONE LIFE cancels the event or. the package, the passenger is entitled to a full refund of the price paid. In case of cancellation of the event or. ONE LIFE package, the traveller is not entitled to reimbursement of the cost of the visa required to enter the country to be travelled to or the cost of any vaccinations required by the programme. Any subsequent change to the ONE LIFE programme shall be notified to the passenger without delay. ONE LIFE shall not be liable for any delays to aircraft, ships or trains, nor for any changes to the programme resulting from such delays. In the event that the situation on site does not allow ONE LIFE to accommodate the passenger in the ordered facility, ONE LIFE may accommodate the passenger in another facility of the same category. If the event organiser or. the package is substantially altered before the fulfilment of the contract, the amount paid shall be refunded to the traveller who withdraws from the contract as a result, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the package or the terms and conditions applicable to the organiser. If the event organiser or. the programme of the package is substantially altered during the performance of the contract, the traveller who withdraws from the contract as a result shall pay only the cost of the services actually provided.
X.COMPLAINTS OR COMPLAINTS
The passenger must report the irregularities or deficiencies on the spot, to a representative of ONE LIFE, to the direct service provider, to a representative or to an authorised local agency. In the event that, judging by the content of the complaint, the complaint could have been resolved on the spot (e.g. deficient cleanliness of the room, equipment, location of the room, etc.), but the passenger did not complain about the defect on the spot and did not inform the above-mentioned persons of the defect, the passenger shall be deemed to have accepted the service provided and shall thereby forfeit his/her right to lodge a subsequent complaint requesting a reduction in the price of the service or the payment of damages. The passenger may lodge a complaint in writing within the statutory period of two months. The passenger should send the written complaint together with the claim to One life d.o.o., Stanežiče 38, 1210 Ljubljana – Šentvid. The complaint must be signed and may be submitted by the passenger on his/her own behalf or by a third party authorised in writing by the passenger. The authorisation must be attached to the complaint, otherwise ONE LIFE will not consider the complaint. ONE LIFE will not consider claims for reduction of fares, compensation and other claims without a duly submitted written claim. The complaint must be substantiated. The Traveller should therefore attach to the complaint appropriate evidence and/or appropriate confirmation from the hotelier, carrier or other relevant person of the factual situation on which the Traveller is basing his/her claim. This provision does not apply in the event that ONE LIFE has the right to cancel the package or change the programme in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions and the law.
XI.LUGGAGE
ONE LIFE is not responsible for the carriage of luggage and equipment, for damaged or lost luggage, for theft of luggage or other valuables on the bus or on site.
XII.TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
A traveller registering for an event or arrangement abroad must have a valid passport or other valid document with which to enter the country in question. In the event that individual countries make entry into the country conditional upon the travel document being valid for a certain period of time prior to the expiry of its validity on the date of entry, it is the responsibility of the traveller to observe these conditions and ONE LIFE shall not be liable for any inconvenience or forced termination of the traveller’s participation in the event on this account.
It is the responsibility of the traveller to obtain visas for the countries to which he/she is travelling and to take any vaccinations required for these countries prior to the event or by the deadline specified in the programme. If the Traveller fails to comply with these obligations, ONE LIFE shall comply with the provisions relating to the Traveller’s cancellation of the Event. In the event of refusal of entry into a country or any other obstacle, all costs shall be borne by the traveller.
Due to the requirements of international passenger transport (air, ship, bus), the traveller is obliged to provide all the necessary information about all participants in the event or package he/she is registering for at the time of check-in. The information must fully correspond to the information contained in the official documents which passengers are obliged to carry with them in accordance with the regulations on crossing national borders and the relevant foreign legislation. In the event that incorrect information causes delays, additional costs or cancellation of the event/arrangement, the traveller shall be solely liable for any costs incurred by the participants of the event/arrangement.
XIII.CUSTOMS REGULATIONS
The Traveller is obliged to comply with all customs and exchange regulations of the Republic of Slovenia as well as of all other countries to and through which he/she travels. Should the Passenger be prevented from continuing with the Event or the Arrangement due to non-compliance with the regulations, he/she shall bear all consequences and costs incurred by him/her, his/her fellow Passengers, ONE LIFE and others in this respect.
XIV.HEALTH REGULATIONS
In the event that certain vaccinations are mentioned or required in the programme for an event or package, each traveller must obtain for himself/herself an international certificate – yellow booklet – in which the vaccinations have been recorded. ONE LIFE shall not be liable for any complications or interruption of the traveller’s participation in the event or arrangement due to the traveller’s failure to comply with the health regulations of the country of entry or the programme for which the traveller has registered, nor for any costs incurred in connection therewith.

These Special Conditions apply to certain packages (winter events, summer events, offers for private groups, etc.) to the extent that they differ from the General Conditions and Instructions, otherwise the General Conditions and Instructions in the General Section or, where otherwise specified, the provision in the individual programme shall also apply to these events.
I. In case of single occupancy for double rooms
In the case of individual bookings for specific packages or trips, the traveller may leave it to ONE LIFE to assist them in finding a companion for the same event with whom to share a room or to be willing to share a room with them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the individually registered Traveller must pay a single room or empty bed supplement at the time of check-in in the event that ONE LIFE is unable to locate such a Traveller for the individually registered Traveller. The same applies to the Sailing Event, whereby the same applies to the hiring of a cabin on a sailing boat or other vessel.
In the event that a companion is found for an individual checked-in passenger in accordance with the first paragraph of this point, the single room/empty bed supplement will be refunded to that passenger or will be applied to the final payment for the journey. Should such a passenger and a companion (as referred to in the previous two paragraphs) find during the course of the journey itself that they would nevertheless like to be accommodated in a single room each, they shall only be allowed to do so if this is possible on the spot, subject to the availability of facilities. However, the costs shall be borne half by each of the two travellers.
II. For winter events – skiing
Lack of snow is not considered a force majeure reason, therefore ONE LIFE will act in the event of cancellation of the trip by the passenger due to lack of snow in accordance with the General Conditions in case of cancellation of the trip by the passenger. We also expressly state that the cancellation fee in the case of apartment rental is exclusively for the cancellation of the rental of the entire apartment and not for individual persons.
III. For events – Sailing and cycling in the Croatian islands
Special sailing conditions apply to all ONE LIFE sailings.
For sailing and cycling events on the Croatian islands, ONE LIFE reserves the right to cancel the sailing contract or change the published sailing route in case of unsuitable weather conditions. ONE LIFE reserves the right not to sail due to unsuitable weather conditions, even just before the start of the trip or sailing/catamaran or boat trip.
IV. Sale of tourist packages via the internet
In the case of ordering or selling an Arrangement via the Internet, these General Terms and Conditions and the Instructions for Arrangements, as well as these Specific Terms and Conditions and the offer published on the ONE LIFE website or the ONE LIFE Broker’s website, shall apply.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the Facilities Instructions and the provisions of the Special Terms and Conditions or the offer published on the Website, the provisions published on the Website shall prevail.
The Traveller shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the Instructions at the moment he/she orders a specific ONE LIFE service via the Website.
V. For arrangements where ONE LIFE is not the tour operator
In cases where ONE LIFE is not the tour operator, it acts as an intermediary. In these cases, ONE ONE provides the traveller with the information received from the tour operator. The conditions of registration, payment of the registration fee and final payment (deadlines) and any cancellation of the trip shall be in accordance with the applicable conditions of the other tour operator, if expressly stated. Such programmes shall be specifically identified and the corresponding indication shall also be given on the travel confirmation. Any complaint shall be settled by the tour operator.
VIII. Travel by minors
If any person travelling abroad with ONE LIFE is under 18 years of age at the time of the trip, he/she is obliged to submit a duly completed certificate or declaration by which the parents or guardians of the minor agree that the minor is travelling with ONE LIFE at his/her own risk or at the risk of his/her parents or guardians, or to send this by e-mail to info@onelife.si. IX. Travel by coach
SEATING RULES
For all journeys involving coach transport, the organiser shall determine the seating order according to the order of check-in. Some buses also do not have numbered seats, so passengers are assigned to the bus by the organiser’s guide. ONE LIFE reserves the right to change the seating order in the event that, due to a reduction in the number of registered passengers, it consolidates passengers from the originally foreseen two or more buses onto a smaller number of buses.
These special conditions apply from 10.9.2023.
